Q: How is your product quality ?

A: Please don't worry about our quality. All the products (from raw material to finished), every process have QC control. Royal furniture established in 1994, we have more than 20 years experience in furniture. More than 3000 distributors in China.

Q: What is the load time?

A: For the solid wood products, we usually need 40-50 days.

Q: Can you do FOB or CIF ?

A: Usually we do FOB (Shenzhen or Guangzhou), if you want to do CIF, it is OK, we can find the shipping forwarders and quote shipping charge to you.

Q: How does your quality control since you know I am not in China?

A:We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing every phase of production from beginning,Our QC will install the products when it finished, inspect every cargos before shipping out and will take product pictures and quality report to each customer.
